Little Scrubbies

March 8, 2008 by Tracie

This pattern is fun and addictive! Each one measures about 3″ in diameter, and they seem to work great for washing dishes. Could also be used as a bath scrubbie. The pattern is on the sidebar somewhere under Spiral Scrubbies. Once I made the piece of material by the pattern, I did the rest on my own in a way that made sense to me.

Thanks, val! They work as well as any other dish cloth I’ve ever made using Lily’s Sugar ‘n Cream.

sleepyside: Thanks. Using different colors is part of the fun. It’s a really easy pattern to memorize and just take off with.

Im thinking these would be great for a craft fair… Im working a “renewable” theme, and these (versus sponges) would be a great addition…

Where in the heck do you find the pattern to these – am I missing something? Would love to make them but can’t figure out where to find the pattern.

I have tried to get this pattern to work and I don’t understand why my worked piece is oblong. I have crocheted for 45 yrs. Is it to be oblong. I want to make them for christmas gifts. Would appreciate hearing from yoiu.
